Directions for Use:
For external use only.
1. To temporarily relieve stuffy nose and cough due to a cold. At night and/or in the morning, rub the cold cream on the throat and chest. Keep clothing loose to allow the patient to inhale the medicinal vapors of Vicks VapoRub. Cover with a dry, soft towel if needed.
2. Steam inhalation. Add two teaspoons of cold cream to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover the head and bowl with a towel and slowly inhale the medicated steam. Children should be closely supervised to avoid scalding. Repeat up to four times daily if necessary. Discard product after use.
3. To temporarily relieve muscle aches. Rub the cold cream directly onto the skin. Repeat up to four times daily or as directed by a doctor.
Store at or below 30 degrees Celsius.
