Directions for use:
Apply a few drops of Purple Flower Oil to the affected area and massage gently. Alternatively, press it on your nose and take several deep breaths. Repeat this process until it is completely absorbed.
For headache relief, massage on the forehead or both sides of the temples, and on the back of the neck;
For stuffy nose from colds, apply near the nostrils and take several deep breaths;
Or, apply Purple Flower Oil to the chest and massage in circles, then take slow, deep breaths.
