Product Description:

When taken as directed, Microgynon 30 prevents eggs from maturing to a fertilizable state. In addition, cervical mucus thickens, making it difficult for male sperm to swim upstream, and the uterine lining becomes unsuitable for implantation of a fertilized egg.

Directions:

Take the first tablet on the 5th day of your menstrual cycle. Take one tablet orally each day for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day break. Begin a new pack on the 8th day. Each pill is marked with the day of the week it should be taken; please follow the arrows. Menstruation will occur on the second to fourth day of the break.

Precautions:
While taking this medication, you should consult your doctor at least once a year to confirm whether it is suitable to continue taking it.
